AwareNow™: Helena Donato-Sapp: 'Disability Justice'

Helena Donato-Sapp is a 14-year-old scholar, activist, artist, fierce feminist and sought-after keynote speaker in the field of education. As a child with multiple learning disabilities, her main focus is on Disability Justice and she seeks to lift up disability pride. She is an intersectional activist, because of her many identities, and this is why she has the rare ability to speak to thousands of educators and win their hearts and minds to action for a better and more just school system.
